House Rules. By booking, you agree to the following:

• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Violations incur immediate eviction.
• No Parties or Events without prior communicaiton with the host. 
• Only registered guests may stay. 
• Visitors are allowed. Overnight stays require prior approval and may incur additional charges.

Pets are allowed under the following conditions:

• Must be supervised at all times and not left alone inside
• Must be kept on a leash in outdoor/shared areas
• Must be vaccinated
• Owners must clean up after them
• Any damage or additional cleaning will be charged.

Air Conditioning & Electricity:

• Air conditioning and electrical appliances must be turned off when leaving the property.

Quiet Hours (Greek Law):

Summer (Apr–Sep): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00

Winter: 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30

Cleanliness:

• The properties are self-catered and not cleaned during your stay./
• Guests must maintain reasonable cleanliness and dispose of waste properly.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
• Less than 30 days or no-show: 100% charge
• Refunds processed via original payment method

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 10:00
• Early/late requests subject to availability

Guest Responsibilities

• Comply with all Greek laws and regulations
• Provide mandatory identification for registration (passport/ID)
• Treat the property with care
• Pay for any damage caused
• Prevent unauthorized access
• The Host is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear

Safety & Security:

• Lock doors and windows when leaving. Report any damage immediately.
• Disturbance, illegal activity, or rule violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

These properties are private residences for short-term rental, not licensed hotels.
